Thomas E. Martin

Thomas Martin was admitted to the State and Federal bars in 1983.  Through 2006 Mr. Martin practiced insurance defense and gained trial experience.  In 2006 he opened a solo practice of personal injury on the plaintiff's side, with an emphasis on representing injured motorcyclists.  During that time Mr. Martin was sworn into the Temporary Judge program with the Orange County Superior Court.  He has conducted settlement conferences, arbitrations and mediations in addition to his bench assignments for Small Claims trials and traffic arraignments and trials.  Mr. Martin has also run his own campaigns to become a Superior Court judge.  In 2022 Mr. Martin returned to insurance defense and continues on the bench in the Temporary Judge program.

Away from work Mr. Martin enjoys distance running, motorcycling and mountain biking.
