arising from E.coli, Salmonella and Listeria contamination; corporate disputes regarding
farming practices and quality control of agriculture; disputes between corporate
manufacturers and distributors regarding trademark rights in foreign countries, first and
third party real property loss claims, both in coverage analysis as well as litigated bad
faith litigation; defense of consumer disputes originating in alleged violations of Cal.
Heath and Safety Code sections concerning the inclusion of banned chemicals in the
manufacturing of consumer goods; private golf club governance, real property disputes
