David A. Poull

David Poull obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California Riverside,
where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a dual major in history and law/society.
Thereafter he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles,
California.

Since his admission to practice in the State of California, Mr. Poull has focused upon the
defense of insured individuals and business entities. Over the years, he has developed
a reputation for handling exceedingly difficult and complex cases deemed “too complicated”
for other firms. He specializes in guiding clients through catastrophic civil claims
involving personal exposure beyond their applicable coverage. Priding himself on a
meticulous attention to detail, Mr. Poull has utilized to his methodical approach each
case to secure favorable trial verdicts against some of California’s most successful
personal injury firms.

Given the stakes of the matters he litigates, Mr. Poull rejects the notion of formulaic
litigation. He insists upon custom tailoring his litigation strategy to the specific needs of
each client. Utilizing this approach, he has delivered continued results for clients facing
existential threats in the form of eight-and-nine-figure demands.

In addition to his litigation work, Mr. Poull prides himself on mentoring newly admitted
and younger attorneys looking to learn the basics of litigation. Recognizing that many
once took the time to mentor him, he views his mentorship of newer attorneys as both a
duty and a vocation.

Outside of the office, Mr. Poull enjoys spending time with his family and traveling
internationally. He is also an avid sports fan, religiously following his beloved Los
Angeles Lakers, Chicago Cubs, and Chicago Bears.
